Monday may have belonged to Pakistan but England are still favourites at 4/5 (1.80) to win the first Test in Multan. With two days to go, Pakistan, who trail by 19 runs with eight wickets in hand, are 5/1 (6.00) to win, but the draw, which had been a long shot after day two, is now right in to just 13/8 (2.62).
Salman Butt, who played well within himself to be 53 not out at stumps on day three, is 5/6 (1.83) to make 90 or more runs, while it's the same price that he makes 89 or less. In his six Tests before this match, Butt had made just one hundred and one other 50, so it is still asking quite a lot for him to make it into the nineties.
Nightwatchman Mohammad Sami, who has yet to get off the mark, is a 5/6 (1.83) chance to make 13 or more, and the same price to not make it past 12. Sami averages 12.56, which explains where bet365 have set the price, but he does have a highest score of 49 and has quite a few scores in the twenties in his time.
The pitch appears to be holding up nicely for batting, and bet365 make it 5/6 (1.83) that Pakistan will get to a total of 345, while it's the same price that they fail to get that far.
