Sri Lanka A v Kenya
With the previous match between the two top teams abandoned and Kenya's defeat by Namibia the previous day, each team had a great deal to play for and was hungry for victory. Losing the toss and batting first, Sri Lanka got off to a great start with 46 runs off six overs, and they looked set for a total in excess of 300. However some excellent bowling by Tikolo (four for 29 off nine) then restricted them to 211 all out, with Mubarak scoring 82 off 113 balls. Kenya went out after lunch feeling confident. They were always in control of the match, with star performances by D Oboyo and Tikolo. The target was reached easily in the 49th over, leaving Sri Lanka A shell-shocked.
