PCB meeting for more plans for Test Golden Jubilee

The Pakistan Test Cricket Golden Jubilee committee had its first meeting at PCB Headquarters Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore on Thursday. Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board, Lt. Gen. Tauqir Zia, presided Chairman of the Committee Justice Retd. Dr. Nasim Hasan Shah and other members of Committee, namely Mr. Gul Hameed Bhatti, Director PCB, G.M. Marketing, Treasurer and Media Manager PCB, Also attended. Mr. Rameez Raja and Mr. Sami-ul-Hasan were also inducted in the Committee. Mr. Waqar Hasan could not attend due to his prior commitments in Karachi.

Basic draft proposed by the PCB manager was discussed. Many ideas of the members were also mooted.

Outline of the broad event programme were formulated. This outline will be given out at a press briefing to be held at PCB Head Office Gaddafi Stadium, during the lunch break on March 8, 2002. The briefing will be held by Chairman PCB & Chairman Test Golden Jubilee committee.
