The PCB feels that Shoaib Akhtar's problem lies in his peculiar physiology with respect to hyper-mobility of his joints including the bowling arm

The PCB feels that Shoaib Akhtar's problem lies in his peculiar physiology with respect to hyper-mobility of his joints including the bowling arm. We will approach the ICC to have a closer look at the medical report given by the University of Western Australia in April last, prior to fully initiating Stage 2 of the ICC Bowling Review process.
Stage 2 involves corrective action under an ICC Bowling Advisor. There is no ban on the player in this stage.
