Group A

Sarmad Anwar carried on from where he began on the fourth evening, adding three more wickets to bowl table-toppers Habib Bank to a win over Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) at the Marghzar Cricket Ground. ZTBL, set a target of 240, had resumed the final day on 91 for 5 and failed to add much more. Anwar's 6 for 70 led the way for Habib Bank and helped dismiss ZTBL for 156.
In Rawalpindi, Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) wasted little time in knocking off the remaining 70 runs needed to beat Khan Research Laboratories (KRL). They lost two more in the process but Mohammad Hafeez's 52 was the key in a small chase.
National Bank of Pakistan, led by Uzair-ul-Haq's 6 for 65, completed an innings win over Sui Southern Gas Corporation (SSGC) in Faisalabad. NBP went into the last day needing four wickets to take for their third win of the season and duly achieved their goal. Mohammad Talha's three wickets had been the impetus needed and Uzair cashed in with a career-best effort with the ball.
Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) came up trumps over Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) at the Gaddafi Stadium. Their second win was achieved thanks to the efforts of the bowlers who cut PIA down to 137 in pursuit of a stiff 279. Each bowler used made himself felt as WAPDA won handsomely.

Group B

Seven wickets from Shehzad Azam decimated Faisalabad and bowled Islamabad to an innings victory at the Diamond Club Ground. Following-on, Faisalabad were 0 for no loss at the close of day three but folded on the fourth, with Shehzad following four wickets in the first innings with a career-best 7 for 36. After getting stuck in early Shehzad plugged away and never allowed Faisalabad to recover.
Mohammad Sami did his claims for an international recall no harm by helping Karachi Blues to a 25-run win over Multan at the National Stadium. Sami dismissed key men Rameez Alam (61) and Naved Yasin (84) and kept a check on the lower order, finishing with 5 for 48. He was well supported by Tanvir Ahmed's 3 for 86. With this win Karachi Blues usurped Rawalpindi from the top spot.
Hyderabad batted out a draw against Lahore Ravi at the Lahore City Cricket Association Ground. In their second innings Hyderabad finished day three on 61 for 3, a lead of 90, and were helped to 346 for 9. The men who mattered were Hanif-ur-Rehman (55), Lal Kumar (87) and Mir Ali (79).
