In this final episode we are going to look at one of my favourite exercises and one that I like to bring in at the end of any training session. A functional and dynamic core exercise that activates the core but also requires some upper body strength and shoulder/scapula stability. As we have seen with some of the basic exercises it is important that we have a platform in place before moving to more advanced exercises like the core-combo. It is however important to ensure progression in your training program and that you challenge yourself from time to time with more advanced and dynamic exercises.
