2.2 Mashrafe Mortaza to MacLeod, OUT, and Mortaza gets a worthy reward as he nips out Calum with this length delivery that catches the leading edge of his bat as he looked to nudge it away to the leg side. Ends up popping over to the fielder inside the ring at cover for a straightforward catch
CS MacLeod c Mahmudullah b Mashrafe Mortaza 11 (9m 11b 2x4 0x6) SR: 100.00
9.5 Taskin Ahmed to Gardiner, OUT, Taskin exults in pure joy as he succeeds in getting Gardiner to slash at this back of a length outside of off, with this landing straight to the man at cover, who is able to take it on the second attempt after bobbling the initial take
HJW Gardiner c Soumya Sarkar b Taskin Ahmed 19 (29m 32b 3x4 0x6) SR: 59.37
23.6 Sabbir Rahman to Machan, OUT, and the leggie has proven trumps for Mashrafe as he claims his first ODI wicket after Machan ends up playing this one straight back to the bowler in his follow through, who takes a simple chance
MW Machan c & b Sabbir Rahman 35 (65m 50b 2x4 1x6) SR: 70.00
37.4 Rubel Hossain to Coetzer, SIX, fetches this length delivery outside of off before slamming this high over long on to bring up Scotland's first World Cup century. Outstanding way to get to a treasured landmark. Yet another significant victory for the Associates as they continue to make a strong case at this World Cup
44.4 Nasir Hossain to Coetzer, OUT, and Coetzer's day out at the Saxton comes to a close as he attempts yet another heave over cow corner, but falls short of the mark as this lands at deep midwicket for a straightforward take. Exits the oval to very generous applause as he has put together the innings of his life to give Scotland a serious shot at winning this match
KJ Coetzer c Soumya Sarkar b Nasir Hossain 156 (198m 134b 17x4 4x6) SR: 116.41
1.5 Davey to Soumya Sarkar, OUT, definite sound off the bat as he offers up a faint tickle to this shorter one he tried to help down fine leg, with the keeper going straight up for it as soon as he completed the take. The bowler knows as well, and the umpire raises the dreaded finger as Bangaldesh are 5 for 1 early in the piece.
Soumya Sarkar c †Cross b Davey 2 (7m 5b 0x4 0x6) SR: 40.00
23.3 Wardlaw to Mahmudullah, OUT, you simply can't get unluckier than this. Mahmudullah has to limp off from the Saxton after getting struck full on the toe as he backed away to try and create room on the off side. The bowler saw it early enough to follow him with the delivery, with this going off the toe and then going on strike the base of the stumps right after. The angle would have suggested this was going further down leg, but such was the freak nature of this ricochet. Really, really unlucky for Mahmudullah as he nurses what could be a broken left toe. A real sandshoe crusher
Mahmudullah b Wardlaw 62 (87m 62b 6x4 1x6) SR: 100.00
27.6 Machan to Tamim Iqbal, 1 run, Tamim becomes the highest individual scorer for Bangladesh in a World Cup match with a cover drive that puts him up at 88, beating Mohammed Ashraful's mark of 87 against South Africa in that famous victory for Bangladesh in the 2007 edition
31.3 Davey to Tamim Iqbal, OUT, Tamim looked in trouble as soon as this struck in line of the stumps. There was the initial question about inside-edge. Didn't seem keen to review it, which is usually a sign that there was no contact with the bat, but goes for it as he realises the worth of his wicket to Scotland's cause. Doesn't appear to be anything on Snicko. And it is all reds across as Tamim has to go after his fine 95. Poor review which is wasted by Bangladesh, which hopefully won't be an issue as we get into the business end of things
Tamim Iqbal lbw b Davey 95 (132m 100b 9x4 1x6) SR: 95.00
48.1 Wardlaw to Shakib Al Hasan, FOUR, and it is a fairytale finish for Shakib, and Bangladesh, as he not only gets to his fifty with a slice over third man, but also secures Bangladesh's highest World Cup run-chase as well
