At Dhaka, January 29, 2005 (day/night). Bangladesh won by 58 runs. Toss: Bangladesh.
Manjural Islam Rana became the first Bangladeshi to win successive match awards as his side
squared the series. He and fellow slow left-armer Mohammad Rafique picked up four wickets
apiece as Zimbabwe slumped from 102 without loss to 189 all out, including five wickets in five
overs. Manjural took two in an over - twice - while Rafique sliced through the late order. Nafis
Iqbal and the enterprising Aftab Ahmed had given Bangladesh another good start, and 82 came
in the last ten overs - though Taylor's off-spin claimed three victims in four balls.
