Notts farewells

Mark Bowen and Giles Haywood are to leave Nottinghamshire at the end of the season. 32 year old Bowen has decided to retire from first class cricket, while Haywood has not had his contract renewed.

This is particularly bad news for Haywood who was released by Sussex at the end of last year after promising so much as a member of the under 19 World Cup winning team.
