0.6 to PD Salt, Lands it short and zips across off, he was itching to cut loose and his short misery comes to an end, gets the toe-end of the bat and the ball balloons up, Adil Rashid sprints across short cover and there was fielding running towards him from extra cover but he remained focused on the ball and pouches it wonderfully diving and holding onto it brilliantly, excellent catch under lights and Taskin gets reward for his terrific bowling, remarkable control and he has not allowed Salt to get off the hook. Raza was the fielding running towards him and he changed his direction quickly in the end, avoiding a collision. 4/1 2.2 to AD Hales, Lunges at it and hurriedly slices it to D'Souza - who is a livewire in the field - at cover and this is a big big breakthrough! Tight line and thumped on a hard length, he rushed through the stroke and couldn't control his shot. 10/3
| 3 | 1 | 12 | 2 | 4.00 | 13 | 1 | 0 | 3 | 0 | |
1.6 to B McMullen, Rams a fantastic yoker right into the blockhole, he was searching for this delivery from the start of the over and gave cues that he will bowl a fuller one anytime soon, lands it pitch-perfect on this occasion and he gets pinned infront, ball swings into his pads and umpire raises the finger after taking some time. Warriors have got a great start!. 6/2 3.5 to LS Livingstone, And another one goes down! Disastrous start for Knight Riders! They haven't been able to break free owing to very disciplined bowling and whenever they have tried to attack, a wicket has fallen, another tempting shortish delivery curving in the corridor, he goes flailing at it and the outside edge is drawn, taken at slip. Wasim Akram gets the big fish! 2-2. Where do AKKR go from here? They find themselves in an absolute rut!. 10/4
| 2 | 0 | 15 | 1 | 7.50 | 2 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
16.5 to SE Rutherford, Wicket just at the wrong time for SKR! Back of a length and curls across off in the channel, pace-off, he is early through the pull and gets a thick outside edge, unable to control the cutter, taken by the fielder at third man, Wasim Akram jumps and backtracks to take a gem of a catch! This will help keep a lid on the score, set man departs. 100/6
| 4 | 0 | 18 | 3 | 4.50 | 11 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 0 | |
17.2 to UBT Chand, Pushed a google on middle, swivels pulls to the exceptional fielder D'Souza who is used to doing the unthinkable in the outfield, runs like cheetah to his left and then dives full-stretch to pouch a stunner, example of how fielding can be entertaining to watch, excellent take and ADKR, after a bit of recovery, are back to losing wickets in cluster just like they started their innings, all resting on Russell's shoulders to do the heavy lifting and give something to fight for their bowlers. 102/7 19.5 to JO Holder, Jason Holder holes out! Fuller and outside off, uses the long handle and heaves it downtown, taken by the fielder perched right next to the rope at long-on and pouches it comfortably, USA captain Monk is safe as a house there. What a fabulous over, repairing the damage of the last over. 132/8 19.6 to AD Russell, Easiest of catches for the fielder at deep midwicket, Rashid picks up his fourth scalp, proving that spinner can be entrusted with a final over as well, spinners are usually effective against West Indies power-hitters so a wise move by the captain. He tossed that up and it kept low, no room, he tried to pull that over midwicket but couldn't generate enough power. 134/9

9.2 to A Sharafu, Everything SW touch turns to gold, a stupid half-tracker brings another wicket! Dragged way short and angled in, Ahsan saw the opportunity to hit a maximum and ends up finding a fielder at deep midwicket. It was a boundary ball but he just couldn't generate enough power and get the distance. 48/5

2.2 to MD Patel, Back of a length or thereabouts, tries to mow it downtown and Livingstone gets in the way, gobbles it at mid-on, ball rose higher and he couldn't control the drive, wasn't really committed to the shot. 9/2 17.6 to Sikandar Raza, Pace-off good length delivery on leg-stump, he had generate all the power and ends up flicking it straight to the man at deep backward square, ball deviated from leg-stump, Rutherford takes a nifty catch charging in from the rope. 122/5

1.6 to J Charles, Wrecks the stumps with a brute of a yorker right into the base of stumps, tries to power it downtown and didn't account for the tail back in and tries to whack it insolently downtown. 7/1 18.6 to D Pretorius, Connects this time and perishes in the process! Pace-off shortish delivery outside off, tries to break the jail and larrups it straight to the man at mid-off, now then 12 needed off 6. All credit to ADKR captain for bowling a heck of an over. 123/6

12.1 to T Kohler-Cadmore, Tries the sweep again and once again fails at it, remarkable determination to get it right but if you are not adept at some shot, better show caution in a crucial situation of a match, looks like he is pinned in front, length ball slanting back and it's three reds on the big screen, Narine finally get a wicket, came very close to getting him law in previous overs. Pressure brings another wicket, twist in the tale and ADKR are right back into the contest, they have made it tough to score with accuracy and the pair of Stone and Narine have stemmed the run-flow, boundaries have absolutely dried up. 65/4
| 4 | 0 | 24 | 1 | 6.00 | 10 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 0 | |
7.4 to TB Abell, Attempted Yorker on leg-stump, flicked in the air and swallowed by Unmukt at deep midwicket, much-needed breakthrough for ADKR and a bonus wicket given it was a juicy half-volley into the toes. 44/3
