A Primary Club application form awaits Hoffmann back in the dressing room. 193/7 47.6 to JAR Blain, finally tried to have a go, top edged over the wicketkeeper and caught in the deep at third man. A fairly poor innings in the circumstances comes to an inglorious end. 194/8
