4.6 to MJ Guptill, got 'im huge wicket, Guptill was looking solid and was coming off a century in the last match. Good length ball that moved away after pitching. Got his line perfect though, in the channel outside off. Guptill was tempted into driving on the up, but the movement and slightly higher bounce meant it caught a healthy edge and was pouched by the keeper. 34/1
37.3 to HM Nicholls, caught down the leg side short ball on leg stump, he moves inside the line to try and hook it, gets a thin edge that Dickwella gleefully accepts. Malinga had come on to break the partnership, and he's done just that. Not the best execution, but Malinga also got it to bounce more than expected, which perhaps is why Nicholls got an edge instead of middling it. 208/4

7.4 to KS Williamson, caught at fine leg with some fancy footwork Short ball on the stumps, Williamson goes on the back foot to pull, but gets a top edge that swirls to fine leg. Sandakan is there and moves back to catch it, but the momentum is taking him over the rope. Throws the ball up in the air, steps over the boundary, comes back in and holds the ball. The kind of catch that is easily done nowadays, but still looks special when it comes off. Sri Lanka right on top now. 39/2

35.2 to SL Malinga, off the pad and into middle stump. Boult won't even celebrate that. Slower ball at a good length, follows Malinga down leg side. He looks to flick and is beaten on the inside edge. 203/8
806818.50265540
3.6 to N Dickwella, chops it on! Slower ball has done him. It's short of a length, shaping away from off stump. It's there for the late cut - the single at third man. But it's slower than usual and Dickwella's angled bat is hazardous as a result. Into off and middle stump off the inside edge. 28/1

13.2 to MDKJ Perera, taken at third man! It was coming, wasn't it? Henry has kept it very quiet, tying Kusal up. Making him struggle with the short stuff and no room. Now he slants a short one across the corridor. Kusal wants to pull and gets a top edge that gets Boult to run in a little at third man to pouch that. 63/2
46.2 to NLTC Perera, Boult leaps forward and ends the pain at long-on! What a catch! Not quite, for Thisara Perera. It was in the slot, length ball on leg stump. Short-arm jab again but this time it's off the toe-end. It dips on Boult who sprints some ten yards and pulls off a stunner. After five dropped catches, it took some compensation. 298/10

22.1 to BKG Mendis, oh Mendis will be filthy with himself this was drifting down leg, a bit short, and turned a bit. Mendis moved inside the line to paddle-sweep it, but only managed to pop it to Seifert off his bottom edge. The New Zealanders are gleeful, and why not. They've broken yet another partnership before it could go from promising to threatening. 112/3
24.6 to LD Chandimal, he's not been reading the googly and it's done him in. A little short, Chandimal cleared his front leg, probably intending to crash it through the off side, but it spins back in, under flailing bat, and hits the stumps. Sri Lanka's hole gets deeper. 121/5
26.6 to S Prasanna, Sodhi's on fire wild slog from Seekkuge, who didn't read the wrong un. Stood in his crease and tried to lift this over the infield. Gets an inside edge that crashes into the stumps. This is ending quickly. 128/7
704826.85183220
23.4 to MD Gunathilaka, high up in the air and taken by the keeper near backward point Down the track came Gunathilaka and had an almighty swipe at it, only got it off the end of the bat and sent it steepling behind him. Seifert called for it early and settled under it nicely. Neesham continues to be an insurmountable obstacle for Sri Lanka - with bat or ball. 116/4
42.6 to PADLR Sandakan, taken by Taylor! Neesham produces the magic once again. What a comeback he's had. Short ball lifts up steeply from off stump. Too good for Sandakan. He's looking to defend and it pings up into the third slip region. Taylor lunges forward and holds on. 254/9
