4.6 got 'im huge wicket, Guptill was looking solid and was coming off a century in the last match. Good length ball that moved away after pitching. Got his line perfect though, in the channel outside off. Guptill was tempted into driving on the up, but the movement and slightly higher bounce meant it caught a healthy edge and was pouched by the keeper 34/1
25.4 oh that looks like the end for Munro! A terrible mix-up. Length ball dropped in front of point with soft hands. Munro has hared towards the other end but Taylor is ball watching and says no after a couple of steps down. Backward point swoops down on it and sends a throw on the bounce to Sandakan. It's wide, but the bowler lunges to his left to collect it and then flicks it onto the stumps. Third umpire replay shows Munro was well short. A terrible, terrible end for him. Looked in for a big score 151/3
7.4 caught at fine leg with some fancy footwork Short ball on the stumps, Williamson goes on the back foot to pull, but gets a top edge that swirls to fine leg. Sandakan is there and moves back to catch it, but the momentum is taking him over the rope. Throws the ball up in the air, steps over the boundary, comes back in and holds the ball. The kind of catch that is easily done nowadays, but still looks special when it comes off. Sri Lanka right on top now 39/2
44.1 he's run out going for the second! slower ball, swinging in to leg stump, he waits for it and turns it to fine leg. Taylor calls for the second, but he's not quick enough, and Kusal Perera fires in a superb throw, flat and right at the stumps. Dickwella completes the rest with Taylor clearly short of his crease. Not the best decision to go for that second run perhaps, but Taylor's done it all innings long. He's survived some close calls, but a good, hard, flat throw was always going to have him in trouble. 262/5
37.3 caught down the leg side short ball on leg stump, he moves inside the line to try and hook it, gets a thin edge that Dickwella gleefully accepts. Malinga had come on to break the partnership, and he's done just that. Not the best execution, but Malinga also got it to bounce more than expected, which perhaps is why Nicholls got an edge instead of middling it 208/4
48.2 direct hit! Another run out for New Zealand. And it's Neesham this time. Digs out a yorker pitch side on the off side, it bounces up nicely for the bowler who picks up one-handed and swivels to demolish the stumps at the non-striker's end. Didn't appear at first like Neesham wanted that run and the hesitation costs them. Seifert had nearly completed the run 302/6
49.6 run-out number four. Yorker at off stump, jammed back at the bowler who picks up calmly, runs back and clips the bails at the non-striker's 319/7

3.6 chops it on! Slower ball has done him. It's short of a length, shaping away from off stump. It's there for the late cut - the single at third man. But it's slower than usual and Dickwella's angled bat is hazardous as a result. Into off and middle stump off the inside edge 28/1
23.4 high up in the air and taken by the keeper near backward point Down the track came Gunathilaka and had an almighty swipe at it, only got it off the end of the bat and sent it steepling behind him. Seifert called for it early and settled under it nicely. Neesham continues to be an insurmountable obstacle for Sri Lanka - with bat or ball 116/4
13.2 taken at third man! It was coming, wasn't it? Henry has kept it very quiet, tying Kusal up. Making him struggle with the short stuff and no room. Now he slants a short one across the corridor. Kusal wants to pull and gets a top edge that gets Boult to run in a little at third man to pouch that 63/2
22.1 oh Mendis will be filthy with himself this was drifting down leg, a bit short, and turned a bit. Mendis moved inside the line to paddle-sweep it, but only managed to pop it to Seifert off his bottom edge. The New Zealanders are gleeful, and why not. They've broken yet another partnership before it could go from promising to threatening 112/3
24.6 he's not been reading the googly and it's done him in. A little short, Chandimal cleared his front leg, probably intending to crash it through the off side, but it spins back in, under flailing bat, and hits the stumps. Sri Lanka's hole gets deeper 121/5
26.2 that's a suicidal run and another one falls Neesham the fielder at short third man, who else can it be? Nice bowling by Sodhi, tossed up on a perfect length and dipping. Breaks after pitching on leg, and Thisara tries to turn it fine. Looks up to see Gunaratne charging down and responds, but Neesham picks up and throws it to Seifert in one swift motion, catching him well short 128/6
46.2 Boult leaps forward and ends the pain at long-on! What a catch! Not quite, for Thisara Perera. It was in the slot, length ball on leg stump. Short-arm jab again but this time it's off the toe-end. It dips on Boult who sprints some ten yards and pulls off a stunner. After five dropped catches, it took some compensation 298/10
26.6 Sodhi's on fire wild slog from Seekkuge, who didn't read the wrong un. Stood in his crease and tried to lift this over the infield. Gets an inside edge that crashes into the stumps. This is ending quickly 128/7
35.2 off the pad and into middle stump. Boult won't even celebrate that. Slower ball at a good length, follows Malinga down leg side. He looks to flick and is beaten on the inside edge 203/8
42.6 taken by Taylor! Neesham produces the magic once again. What a comeback he's had. Short ball lifts up steeply from off stump. Too good for Sandakan. He's looking to defend and it pings up into the third slip region. Taylor lunges forward and holds on 254/9
