South Africa open their home season with a six-wicket win. Shorter and wider outside off at 146.7ks, Behardien flashes a cut, this time over backward point and puts the seal on South Africa's victory..
That is that. Hope you enjoyed our coverage as much as we did bringing it to you. Do come back for the second T20 on Sunday. Until then, goodbye and good night!
Aaron Phangiso, Man of the Match: I always focus on simple things. We were under pressure, the captain gave me the ball and I just do what I do in the nets. Me and the captain planned and we had a couple of guys to protect the boundaries on the leg side. I just invited him [Williamson] to come out, like I said we were under pressure.
AB de Villiers: It was an enjoyable experience. It is great to go 1-0 up and it will be great to take the momentum to Centurion. We were nervous and that showed in the first five overs but we pulled it back. Credit to Phangiso, he slowed things up. Wiese is a very smart cricketer. 160 is minimum, they were definitely below par. Morne and Hash started well and allowed me and Rilee to free it up.
Kane Williamson: After the start we got with the bat, we could a got a bit more. It was outstanding from South Africa to pull things back. The way the guys stuck at it was positive for us. They are a very good team and we need to be at our best to beat them. They controlled the last 10 overs and 150 probably isn't enough.
9:03pm Behardien and Miller shake hands. After the bowlers struck back, Amla and Van Wyk gave South Africa a brisk start with a 35-run partnership. AB and Rossouw headed up the consolidation while Behardien struck the winning runs in a comfortable chase..

straight in line, tucked down to long leg
fuller and speared on off, Amla shuffles across, misses the flick and takes it on the pad. Pitched in line. The tracker shows that it would have hit the top of off
141ks, top edged and gone! Lifting, short ball slanted across off. Rossouw seeks to pull and skews it. Ronchi pedals back and swallows it. The change of angle does it..
Round the wicket..
too full and wide outside off, Rossouw can't slice it away
Rossouw comes down the track again, flat-bats it over the covers, mid-off had no chance
Rossouw nips down the track, he wants to swipe it over leg. Ends up top-edging it over a leaping Ronchi. MM collapses in his followthrough
MM is back..
shortish and sliding across off, cut away past short third man to bring up the fifty partnership
punched down to long-on
an appeal for lbw. Not given. Darted quick, Amla comes down and takes it on the pad. He misses the slog sweep
pushed through on middle, full again. Amla takes a step forward, winds up and whacks it over long-on after clearing his front leg
fuller and on middle and leg, swung away to long-on
down the track and flipped to the right of midwicket
140.6ks bouncer, Rossouw seeks to pull and top-edges it over long leg. Rossouw was a bit late onto the stroke
bumper from Milne, loads of height on it as it sails through to Ronchi. Wide called
beats mid-off to his left. Rossouw skips down the track, meets the pitch and drills a fierce drive after meeting it on the half-volley
