Yorkshire completed a comfortable nine-wicket against Durham at Headingley in a match reduced to nine overs per side. Gerard Brophy led the chase with a 21-ball 31 as he and Anthony McGrath knocked off the runs with 13 balls to spare. Durham's innings had never got going in tricky conditions after Tim Bresnan struck two quick blows. Scott Styris tried his best with 27 off 16 balls but Gordon Muchall was the only other man to reach double figures. David Wainwright, the promising left-arm spinner, bagged three wickets and conceded six runs in his two overs. It is Yorkshire's first win of the campaign.
Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire took a point each from their washout at Grace Road.
