Scorecard and ball-by-ball details
Shanel Daley's five-for and a hard-hitting half-century by Stafanie Taylor helped West Indies rout Sri Lanka in the third Twenty20 in Colombo and take an unassailable 3-0 lead in the five-match series.
Sri Lanka put West Indies into bat and had initial success with the wicket of Deandra Dottin, but Taylor single-handedly kept the scoring up with a 46-ball 75 that included four sixes and seven fours. She added 63 for the fourth wicket with captain Merissa Aguilleira and by the time she was out in the 17th over, West Indies had already surpassed the previous-best score in the series - 90. Shashikala Siriwardene picked up two wickets and was the only bowler to give less than six runs an over.
Sri Lanka's chase was struck an immediate blow when Chamari Atapattu was bowled by Shakera Selman in the first over. West Indies kept the Sri Lanka run-rate in control and Selman added another wicket in the seventh over. Soon after, Daley picked up a wicket in each of her first two overs, then added three in her third to register her best T20 figures. The wickets left Sri Lanka hobbling at 59 for 7 and only some late runs by Siriwardene helped the team cross 100.
