Bill Hughes has been a stalwart member of the Hampshire committee for a number of years and had the vision and hard work capability to obtain The Rose Bowl site for the club and to see through the design, planning and construction start of the project.
He sits on the ECB pitches research sub-committee, giving the club important representation at the top.
When not at the cricket, 57 year old Bill is a Chartered Surveyor for Cluttons. Married with four sons he enjoys playing golf and taking part in country sports.
