Coaching change for CD women's team

A change in emphasis in the staging of the State League has forced a change in the coach of the Central Districts side. The women's domestic series is to be run more in line with the holiday period.

Due to a family commitment Warren Marr is unavailable to select or coach the State Hinds as a result. Mario Williams, from Marlborough, the coach of the CD women's Under-21 team, and a Hinds selector, will become convener of selectors and coach. The other member of the panel is Marty Graham from Hawke's Bay. No decision has yet been made to fill Marr's vacancy on the panel.
