de Silva and Wijewardena will be attending ICC Umpires seminar

Umpires Asoka de Silva and T.H.Wijewardena , members of the ICC International Panel of Umpires, will be attending a 3-day seminar conducted by the ICC from 1st to 3rd October 2006. The seminar will be held in Dubai.
