England have been fined for maintaining a slow over-rate during the second Ashes Test at Lord's which concluded on Monday. The ICC match referee Jeff Crowe found the team to be two overs short of its target at the end of the game after taking the time allowances into consideration.

Andrew Strauss, the England captain, was fined 20% of his match fee, while the rest of the players were docked 10%. England won the Test by 115 runs to take a 1-0 lead in thje five-match series.
