HKCA receives letter of thanks and congratulations from ICC Chief Executive

The President of the Hong Kong Cricket Association, Captain Shahzada Saleem Ahmed has received a personal letter of thanks and congratulations from the ICC Chief Executive, Haroon Lorgat for the successful staging of the ICC World Cricket League Division 3 tournament in Hong Kong.

In his letter, Mr Lorgat writes:

"Well done to the Hong Kong Cricket Association ("HKCA") on the successful staging of the Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Division 3 tournament. And congratulations to you and your team on winning the tournament."

"Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and I wish to personally extend appreciation to Dinesh Tandon, Danny Lai & others at the HKCA for the enormous work they put in to stage a memorable event. Edward Fitzgibbon and Tim Anderson from my office speak highly of the great efforts from all the members of the HKCA. "

"The HKCA can be proud of its contributions to making cricket a Great Sport with Great Spirit!"
