The semi-finals and final of this year's ICC Intercontinental Cup, the first-class tournament for non Test-playing sides, are set to take place in Windhoek, Namibia from 23 to 29 October.
The four sides left - Bermuda, Ireland, Kenya and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) - are all vying to lift the Cup for the first time and follow in the footsteps of the winners of the inaugural event in 2004, Scotland.
In the build-up to the finals, the ICC will be sending out media releases every day next week looking at each team in turn, as well as the match officials involved, one of whom has a very interesting job when not umpiring cricket matches.
The schedule of releases for the week will be as follows:
Sunday 16 October - Ireland
Monday 17 October - Bermuda
Tuesday 18 October - UAE
Wednesday 19 October - Kenya
Thursday 20 October - The match officials standing in the ICC Intercontinental Cup semi-finals and final
Friday 21 &/or Saturday 22 October - final preview for the matches
It is planned that each release will be sent by 1400 GMT at the latest.
The draw, which took place at Lord's Cricket Ground in England in June 2005, has pitted Asian Group winners the UAE against the qualifier from the European section, Ireland, while African champions Kenya face the Americas qualifier, Bermuda.
Both semi-final matches will take place between 23 and 25 October with the winners, or in the case of a draw the side that gathers most points, progressing to the final, set for the Wanderers Club in Windhoek from 27 to 29 October.
