Hampshire have dropped Jason Laney from the side to play Nottinghamshire Outlaws in the Norwich Union National Cricket League division two clash at Trent Bridge on Sunday (11 June). His place is taken by Laurence Prittipaul the 21 year old right hand batsman. Prittipaul who is a cousin of Shivnerine Chanderpaul the West Indian, played in two National League matches in 1999, but did not bat in either.
Dimitri Mascarenhas is still unfit, following a fitness test on Saturday afternoon, with Peter Hartley and Alex Morris still missing from the Hampshire attack.
