David Hemp scored a century to carry Warwickshire to total of 416 all out on the second day of their Championship match against Middlesex at Lord's.
Hemp's hundred took nearly four hours to compile, and it came off 160 balls and included 13 fours. Together with Mike Powell's opening day 92, Hemp ensured that Warwickshire made a substantial first innings total.
Having helped Warwickshire towards five bonus points, Hemp was eventually out for 129, caught off the bowling of former England seamer Angus Fraser. The Middlesex bowlers had shared the wickets, with Fraser and left arm spinner Phil Tufnell taking two each.
By the close Middlesex had reached 74 for no wicket in reply.
