Malaysia record victory in Arafura Games in Australia

Malaysia's national team has taken out the cricket section of the Arafura Games, held recently in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia.

Malaysia snared the Gold Medal after defeating the Australian Defence Force team in the final.

The Bronze Medal was shared by the New Zealand Defence Force and the Northern Territory Institute of Sport after their play-off match was tied.
