As previously advised, the meeting of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2003 Technical Committee will take place at 16:30 hrs on Thursday, 6 February at the Table Bay Hotel, Waterfront, Cape Town.
The following media arrangements will apply for the meeting:
- there will be limited access for arrival pictures of ICC delegates for TV and photographers, outside the Table Bay Hotel. No interviews will be given by ICC personnel and for clarification, this is not a photocall. There will be no cameras or media access inside the meeting room
- a media announcement will be made in the Pavilion Room of the Table Bay Hotel on the outcome of the meeting, shortly after its conclusion. Timing for this will obviously depend upon the duration of the meeting
- a registration point will be set up for all media attending the conference
- there will be no media comment from the ICC on the matter prior to the meeting taking place
