PCB announces new domestic cricket structure

Chairman PCB, Lt. Gen Tauqir Zia, has approved the new structure for Pakistan Domestic Cricket which will be launched in the season 2002-2003.

There will be one first class tournament in the new format in which teams representing the Associations, Departments and one team namely PCB Eleven will participate for the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy.

A detailed briefing on the subject of Domestic Cricket will however be given by the Chairman PCB Cricket Management Committee Mr. Iqbal Qasim shortly.
