Refresher course for umpires ends

A two days refresher Course for umpires of Punjab and UWFP ended at Gaddafi Stadium on 20th August 2002. It was attended by 31 umpires and supervised by Mr. Mahboob Shah, Chairman National Umpiring Council and assisted by Mr. Khizar Hayat and Mr. Said Shah, former Test Umpires. A Similar course was organized at the National Stadium Karachi on 16-17 August 2002, which was attended by 23 umpires of Sind and Balochistan.
