President, Kie Farrell who holds the club batting record chalking up 214* against Cardiff Medics in 1998, reckons that this `the best set of players for the last few years.' Which is exactly what they said about the rugby.

The opening contest of the Oxfam Varsity Matches promises to be a close one and set the standard on and off the pitch for the rest to follow.
