I know what moonlighting means. Infact, I have also watched Bruce Willis/Cybel Shephard TV series "Moonlighting" and I still din't understand it. Apparently I am not alone. @Rally_Windies. Ofcourse English is not my first language but my English is loads better than your hindi. I also know Marathi, Punjabi and Tamil a bit. So stop being so proud of the only language you know.

The barber , is working a second job cutting the grass on the pitch ! ! !

Don't blame the cartoonist if you don't get it. It's not his fault. If you don't know what moonlighting means, then search the web or something.

These are getting worse.. Both the jokes as well as the quality of the cartoons

'Moonlight' is a verb that means "Have a second job in addition to one's regular employment"

The guy on the left (Barber) did good job by shaping (preparing) the pitch well for Hyderabad Test, (Good for Ind Cricket Team !) just like he gives good shape to his customer's hair, beard etc.

And the guy sitting on right is probably an Aussie.

I found that moonlighting means to do a second job. So, here, Satish is probably referring to shaving off grass from the pitch at the cricket stadium in Hyderabad.

What does this mean. Satish, you should also explain the meaning of your cartoons which says a lot about the quality of your work.
