A board's share of the revenue should be proportional to its financial contribution to the game.
All boards contribute to the game equally, and their share of the ICC revenues should reflect that.

Of course not, that's like putting billionares in the same tax bracket as a a average income earner (not exactly the same situation but similar). I think this brings up a deeper issue into why the BCCI needs/wants this extra money. Surely the existing revenue streams that the BCCI has is enough to cover all their bases If the ICC had a bigger pair they need to a conduct a transparent inquiry into the dealings of the BCCI.

aren't they along with Ausies and ECB already getting enough?
December 8, 2013, 14:08 GMT
Yes absolutely. Shouldn't two people contributing to a company get different monetary rewards? If yes, BCCI deserves more share.
Anyway, as BCCI wants it now, it will get it. :-)

You are talking about completely unrelated things.
Answer my question before I answer yours. Say at your job you bring about 80% revenue through huge sales, do you deserve higher pay than others or should the wealth be spread amongst the others who don't produce much revenue??

Bring me the answer for the following questions and we will argue.
1. Should US have a higher share of veto in IMF
2. Should 6-7 country decide everything in UNSC
3. Should only candidate from US or EU be the president for all major world organisation?
If yes, then BCCI deserves to get more revenue.

Absolutely not! Bullies should never be rewarded!

BCCI is always justified, isn't it? Most of ICC's revenue should be spent on associates so that we can make cricket a global sport.

No, One Board can field only one team so how they demand more revenue. I think they should equally divide the revenues irrespective of their demography or population.

BCCI should not get a higher share of the revenue per year of ICC because they are also another board which is equally contributing to the benefit of world cricket and ICC. They have also been the cause of many disputes and other problems in world cricket so there is absolutely no way that they deserve a higher part of the revenue.
Do you agree with the decision to move IPL matches out of Maharashtra?
Should Voges have been given time to reach his 300?
Should Ben Stokes have been given out obstructing the field?
