United Arab Emirates 166 for 3 (Sharafu 68*, Asif 41*, Shoriful 1-24) beat Bangladesh 162 for 9 (Jaker 41, Tanzid 40, Haider 3-7) by seven wickets
Alishan Sharafu's composed half-century under pressure and Haider Ali's splendid spell of 3 for 7 led UAE to a historic series win against Bangladesh in Sharjah. The hosts chased down 163 with seven wickets in hand to clinch the series 2-1, having already beaten the visitors by two wickets on Monday. It is UAE's second T20I series win against a Full Member team, having beaten Ireland by the same margin in 2021.
Left-arm spinner Haider led the charge to reduce Bangladesh to 84 for 8, before they recovered to reach 162 for 9. Bangladesh, however, couldn't quite use the momentum with the ball, as Sharafu, only 22, struck his eighth half-century in T20Is to anchor the chase. He struck five fours and three sixes in his unbeaten 47-ball 68 as the chase went down to the last over. He added 87 runs for the unbroken fourth-wicket stand with Asif Khan, who damaged Bangladesh with five sixes in his unbeaten 26-ball 41.

Rajasthan Royals 188 for 4 (Suryavanshi 57, Samson 41, Jaiswal 36, Jurel 31*, Ashwin 2-41) beat Chennai Super Kings 187 for 8 (Mhatre 43, Brevis 42, Dube 39, Madhwal 3-29, Yudhvir 3-47) by six wickets
Despite losing eight matches chasing out of nine, Rajasthan Royals (RR) decided to chase one last time and came out victors with 17 balls to spare. Unlike earlier games, though, their bowlers did well against fellow laggards Chennai Super Kings (CSK), leaving them just 188 to get on a good batting pitch. Akash Madhwal reversed the ball to restrict CSK in the end to just 17 runs off the last three overs, and Vaibhav Suryavanshi then aced the chase with a measured 57 off 33 deliveries.
R Ashwin took two wickets in the 14th over to remind observers of RR's poor chasing record, but it proved to be nothing more than a stutter. Dhruv Jurel made sure it never got close with a sparkling 31 from 12 balls. The unbeaten batters at the end were Jurel and Shimron Hetmyer, who have been in the middle in some of the past fluffed chases.

Islamabad United 251 for 5 (Hales 88, Farhan 73, Shadab 42) beat Karachi Kings 172 (Warner 43, Abbas 34, Shadab 4-45) by 79 runs
Islamabad United produced a vintage performance to barnstorm into the top two, relegating Karachi Kings to the Eliminator in the process. Needing to beat Kings by about 49 runs to guarantee two bites at qualification for the final, they managed it with consummate ease as Sahibzada Farhan and Alex Hales combined for a 153-run opening stand in 69 balls to post 251 for 5. Kings' response was restricted to a flash in the pan for the top two before United's spinners triggered a collapse, Kings slumping from 80 for 1 to 114 for 8 as United sealed a 79-run win.
United were put in to bat, and made their intentions plain from the outset. Farhan struck three fours in the opening over, with Hales going one better with two fours and a six off Khushdil Shah in the second. The two were in competition with each other more than they were with Kings' bowlers, taking turns to flay them around the Pindi ground. The pair signed off the powerplay with 17 off Abbas Afridi to surge to 76, and if two quiet overs post powerplay gave Kings hope they were dragging the game back, the following three disabused them of that notion severely.

Abhishek's 18-ball fifty knocks LSG out of playoffs race

Marsh and Markram's half-centuries went in vain, as SRH bagged seven LSG wickets in the last ten overs

Sunrisers Hyderabad 206 for 4 (Abhishek 59, Klaasen 47, Rathi 2-37) beat Lucknow Super Giants 205 for 7 (Marsh 65, Markram 61, Pooran 45, Malinga 2-28) by six wickets
Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) are out of the IPL 2025 playoffs race, leaving Mumbai Indians (MI) and Delhi Capitals (DC) fighting for the last remaining slot in the top four.
LSG made a storming start to their 12th match, with Mitchell Marsh and Aiden Markram putting on 115 at close to 11 runs an over. But Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH)'s bowlers hit back with clever use of the old ball and limited them to 205, a total that proved inadequate in the face of a thrilling display of six-hitting from Abhishek Sharma.

Green stars again as Gloucestershire end three-year Bristol win drought

Ben Charlesworth sparks Kent collapse but hosts need steady hand to reach target of 162

Gloucestershire 516 (Green 128, Bracey 127, T Price 76) and 162 for 7 (Green 67*) beat Kent 424 (Stewart 182, Benjamin 93, Singh Dale 7-110) and 253 (Benjamin 58, Charlesworth 3-5) by three wickets
Cameron Green held his nerve to steer Gloucestershire to a hard-earned three-wicket victory over Kent on the final day of a thrilling Rothesay County Championship Division Two match at the Seat Unique Stadium, Bristol.
Set a modest 162 to win in a minimum 57 overs, the home side made heavy weather of the chase as they were reduced to 57 for 4 and 138 for 7, Nathan Gilchrist claiming 4 for 43 to threaten an unlikely Kent comeback. But Australia international Green performed admirably under pressure to post a crucial match-winning innings of 67 not out from 90 balls, including a six and six fours, as the hosts dug in to reach their target with 13.5 overs to spare.

Hampshire 246 for 7 (Knott 82, Adams 68, Davis 3-35) beat Warwickshire 243 for 7 (Freeborn 94*, Pavely 55) by three wickets
Charli Knott scored her third half-century in her last four Metro Bank One-Day Cup women's competition innings as Hampshire beat Warwickshire at Arundel.
Abbey Freeborn had underpinned a Warwickshire recovery from 93 for 6 to set Hampshire 244 with a patient 94 not out. But Knott followed up scores of 58 against Durham and 64 versus Somerset to crash a classy 82, with Georgia Adams picking up 68 to keep Hampshire top of the table heading into the Vitality Blast break.
