Dale Steyn gets emotional after South Africa qualify for first T20 World Cup final
It's clear how much South Africa making it to the 2024 World Cup final means to Dale Steyn, who suffered heartbreak in 2015 when he bowled the final over of the semi-final between New Zealand South Africa. New Zealand needed five to win off the final two balls and Grant Elliott hit him for a six. The lasting image from that match is of a devastated Steyn lying on the pitch and Elliott giving him a hand to lift him up.

Afghanistan's players celebrate T20 World Cup semi-final entry all night
Afghanistan's dramatic victory over Bangladesh has propelled them into the World Cup semi-final for the first time ever, so naturally the celebrations were raucous and carried on all night. Next morning, undertably they all looked a bit sleep-deprived.
An updated version of bowling consulttant Dwayne Bravo's "Champion" song could be heard in the Afghanistan dressing room after the match.

Afghanistan's 'Champion' dance in the team bus after Australia win
Afghanistan won their first international match against Australia when they beat them by 21 runs in the T20 World Cup Super Eight game in St Vincent. During their celebrations, they paid tribute to their bowling consultant Dwayne Bravo, which was particularly special since bowler Naveen-ul-Haq dismissed Australia captain Mitchell Marsh with the trademark Bravo slower ball. Watch them dance in the team bus to Bravo's song "Champion".
