The two captains share the ODI trophy. Mohammad Isam and Andrew Fernando will dissect the match in their post-match pieces, but I am done with my duty. It's been a pleasure. Devashish Fuloria signing off. Ciao ciao.

Mushfiqur Rahim: "It's a huge win for us, it was a challenge for us to do well against big teams, so very happy with the effort. We have not been in such situations before and that's why the boys were panicking, but we pulled it off. Nasir is one for the future and he showed it again."

Angelo Mathews: "We were disappointed as we had runs on the board. The bowling let us down today, we batted brilliantly even though we lost out way in the middle. Senanayake has been brilliant, Kula had an off day today, but he is a great bowler for Sri Lanka."

Dilshan is also the Man of the Match and the Man of the Series:"I am in great form since the Test matches, but today being in the losing side has hurt. I like this pitch, I think this is the best wicket in Sri Lanka. Marvan has helped me tweak some issues in my batting and that has helped me in my batting."

Thirimanne gets an award for hitting two sixes, Dilshan gets a prize for fastest fifty, Abdul Razzak wins a smartphone for being a smart player, Nasir wins an award for being Bangladesh's MVP

What a thriller here! If not for Nasir, I think this match was going very quickly towards Sri Lanka. Bangladesh have won the match by three wickets and this is their best result in a bilateral series in Sri Lanka. It didn't look like it was going to get this close an hour ago when they needed 105 off 80 balls. Bangladesh started frantically and then, they started giving it all away. But for Nasir's 33, it could have been a very different story. So Bangladesh share the ODI trophy after the second match was washed out. All in all, that rain-break actually spiced up the contest and I was shaking here while watching it, so apologies if I had got carried away..Stick around for the presentation ceremony please.

Shad: "a very pakistan-esque victory there. taking a commanding position and turning it into a heart stopping, mad, nonsensical display of panic. glad they came up winners though."

zak: "I am recommending Nasir as BD batting coach!!"

uza fazzy: "Tissara Perera is well tested under pressure with his bowling and we witnessss.. :("

Orko: "Congrats BD!! Doesn't matter how you win so long as you win right? Still I feel most of us would have preferred for this win to be cleaner. This alone says how much BD has improved, we fans now want them not just to win but win well!"

chaminda: "Credits to Pallekele grounds staff not Thisara, remember B'desh !"

Mahtab Alam: "Funny how good things happen to BD team when Tamim is left out. First test drawn and this match won with the exclusion of Tamim. Either Tamim is bad luck or Mominul is good luck."

Omer: "Took late lunch at NY to watch what happens after the rain..totally worth it !!!"

Ron: "See why I was so happy to see you Devashish, you commentated in two Tournaments(ODI) and BD did wonders in both... thanks buddy"

NLTC Perera to Sohag Gazi, FOUR runs
short of length delivery on off, the batsman tries to play a tennis forehand, gets a top edge over the keeper's head
NLTC Perera to Nasir Hossain, 1 run
oh my god, he cuts this short of length delivery straight to third-man, where Kula takes a catch jumping towards the boundary, he realises he is going out of the playing area, so he lobs it back, tries to get back to catch it, but it's too far. Umpires checking if Kula has touched the rope, but i think it's a great effort. But a bit too late
NLTC Perera to Nasir Hossain, FOUR runs
short of length on the stump, he moves outside leg and slaps it to that gap at cow corner again, one bounce and four..

AJ: "Nasir Hossain for BD President!"

NLTC Perera to Nasir Hossain, no run

8 off 10... This is now in control, or at least this is what I think is in control. You never know what the batsmen are thinking

NLTC Perera to Nasir Hossain, FOUR runs
length delivery on off stump, he gives it one proper golf swing, he hasn't timed it too well, but it's in the gap at cow corner and it trickles to the boundary

Malinga to Ziaur Rahman, OUT
caught at extra cover! The procession continues. It was bowled quick on short of length right over the stumps, Zia moved outside leg stump and tries to slap it over extra cover, but the ball comes too quickly to him and he ends up giving a tame catch which the fielder takes diving forward
Ziaur Rahman c NLTC Perera b Malinga 0 (3m 2b 0x4 0x6) SR: 0.00

Last ball of the over, can he take out another one...?

Animesh Pai: "Malinga has bowled such an over that it has pushed both teams equally closer to a win."

Malinga to Ziaur Rahman, no run
another super delivery, a short one right over the stumps, the batsman gets out of the line right at the end

Two dot balls in the over. Ziaur takes strike

Malinga to Mominul Haque, OUT
gone! it was a brute of a delivery, short of length keeps rising on the batsman and just moves a touch away too, the batsman tries to fend it off but gets a faint edge to the keeper, the fielder erupt.

Mid-on, mid-off up in the circle

naleef: "Spin is working for SL, Can some one tell Angelo to bring Jeven Mendis to the attack?"

Malinga to Nasir Hossain, 1 run
another short delivery, this time Nasir pulls it right in front of his face, to Mendis at deep square leg
Malinga to Nasir Hossain, no run
short of length delivery, gets up chest high, the batsman does well to defend it back down the pitch
Malinga to Nasir Hossain, 1 wide
this one is way down the leg side, Sanga does well to stop that from going to the boundary
Malinga to Nasir Hossain, FOUR runs
short delivery, the batsman has moved outside the leg stump and the ball is wide outside off, he stretches for it and gets an outside edge to the third-man boundary

23 off the last three. One of which will be bowler by Malinga. Here comes Malinga now, this is a crucial over

Zakir: "Nasir, take my 1 year salary......"
