After a couple of failures at the MCA Stadium this season, expect KL Rahul to make a big score on Tuesday. Vice-captain: Mohsin Khan
The left-arm seamer Mohsin Khan has been one of the top-performing players in the last four outings for Super Giants. He has taken nine wickets in five matches this season at an economy of 5.35, the best economy for a pacer this season. He also picked up a wicket maiden in the first over in the previous game against Kolkata Knight Riders at the same venue, to set up the game for his side.
Hooda has been reliable for Super Giants in the middle overs this season. He has scored 320 runs in 11 games at a strike rate of 133.89. He has scored more runs at No.3 than in any other position in T20s - 783 runs in 26 games at an average of 32.62 and a strike rate of 148.57. In the reverse fixture, he scored 55. His scores at this venue in this season are 34 and 41.
Hardik Pandya :
After a stellar start to this season, Hardik Pandya is now the leading run-scorer for Titans this season with 333 runs in ten games at an average of 41.62. After being quiet in the recent games, he scored a quickfire 24 against Mumbai Indians.
The 37-year-old wicket-keeper bat has been in fine form, opening the batting for Titans. In the powerplay, he has scored 149 runs in six innings at a strike rate of 143.26 with just one dismissal so far. In the last five innings, he has recorded scores of 20 or more in all five.
Avesh Khan :
Avesh Khan is the leading wicket-taker for Super Giants this season with 14 scalps in nine outings. After missing a few games due to injury, he made his comeback in style with a match-winning three for 19 in the previous game against Kolkata Knight Riders.
