Arshad Ali reprimanded for Code breach

United Arab Emirates batsman Arshad Ali has been reprimanded for breaching the ICC Code of Conduct in his side's match against Denmark on 5 July.

United Arab Emirates batsman Arshad Ali has been reprimanded for breaching the ICC Code of Conduct in his side's match against Denmark on 5 July.
In a hearing conducted by tournament referee Darrell Hair, Arshad was found guilty of breaching Level 1.3 of the ICC Code of Conduct which relates to 'showing dissent at an umpire's decision by action or verbal abuse.'
The incident occurred when Arshad showed dissent upon being dismissed. He was reported by the match umpires Billy Doctrove and Buddhi Pradhan and reserve official Walter Montgomery.
