Bakers Mini Cricket Festival for St Geaorges Park

A Bakers Mini Cricket Festival will be held at St. George's Park on Saturday 1 November 2003 starting at 09:00am. Nine regions will participate in the festival that will see 380 children and 62 administrators coming together for a day of cricket.

UCB of SA representative, Maxwell Jordaan and Deon Rutgers from Bakers will preside on the day.

EP Amateur Cricket Manager Tono Mle said "It is pleasing to see these budding cricketers being given the opportunity to play cricket. We expect one or two of them to come through and represent South Africa in the future"
