It is becoming a habit for Canada to keep their fans in suspense until the final hour of play in their Intercontinental four day matches.
Against Kenya they accomplished their outright victory in the final hour, again today there was less than 30 minutes of play left in the four day match when the winning run was scored.
For a moment it looked as if Bermuda would bat through the day for a tame draw but just like the first game it Canada's left arm quickie Umar Bhatti that turned the tide for the home side. In his last spell of the match he captured four quick wickets restricting Bermuda's lead to 57 runs with 16 overs remaining in the day.

The day started with Outerbridge adding just nine runs to his overnight total, skipper Irving Romaine was joined by Clay Smith .
These two in the first innings had shared a 99 run partnership ,this time it was 108 to settle the team down. Romaine again scored a half ton before being caught by the sub Don Maxwell off Bhatti's bowling.
He had contributed a well played 65 including 11 fours. Smith went looking for partners all day , Janeiro Tucker (25) put on 50 with the veteran. Lionel Cann(30) and Smith then added 54.
Salem Mukuddem and Dean Minors both failed to contribute runs at a crucial time in the innings and Bhatti went to work capturing the wickets of Mukuddem,Cann,Steede and Leverock the later three right after the tea break.

Bermuda had fought back hard after allowing Canada to pile on the runs in the first session of day three. But the first innings lead was just too great a total to overcome. When Canada started their chase there was just too little runs and too many overs left in the day for Bermuda to defend.
For his outstanding all round game, 50 runs and 10 wickets for 195 runs, Umar Bhatti was named the Marville Travel Man of the Match.
Bermuda and Canada will now play two ODIs on Saturday and Monday at the Toronto Cricket Club.
