Yorkshire have re-signed Chris Taylor on a three-year contract. Taylor, who played for England at Under-17 and Under-19 level, made his Yorkshire debut in 2001 but, frustrated by a lack of opportunities, he moved to Derbyshire in 2005.
"I'm really delighted to be coming back to the club where I played as a youngster," Taylor said. "I feel that my game has improved considerably since my last spell here and I'm looking forward to contributing in four-day and one-day cricket.
"I really like the atmosphere and ambition that is obvious at Yorkshire now and I'm excited at the prospect of working with Martyn Moxon, Darren Gough and Kevin Sharp, the batting coach."
