Dion Ebrahim reprimanded

Zimbabwe batsman Dion Ebrahim has been severely reprimanded by the ICC Match Referee, Denis Lindsay.

The Referee asked Ebrahim whether he had read the Code of Conduct to which he replied that he had. The Match Referee told Ebrahim that this was his first offence and that whilst he breached the Code of Conduct Code C3 he had not shown excessive dissent.

In the opinion of Match Referee the breach did not warrant a monetary fine or suspension. Taking everything into account, he issued Mr Ebrahim with a severe reprimand.
