England and South Africa were involved in a practice mix-up ahead of the Champions Trophy after both teams arrived at the same nets at a sports complex in Delhi.
"We had practice side by side and shared the nets," England media manager James Avery told Reuters. "Both teams appeared to have been told [to go to the same nets], but it was sorted out. There were no issues."
The complex boasts six nets, although three of these were concrete and so of less value to the teams than the turf strips next to them. Gordon Templeton, the South African team spokesman, said that his team had arrived first, but added that the situation was amicably resolved after a discussion between the coaches, Mickey Arthur and Duncan Fletcher.
South Africa, who won the tournament in 1998, open their campaign against New Zealand in Mumbai on Monday. England, runners-up in 2004, play India in Jaipur on Sunday.
