Ahmedabad became Rajasthan's second home-base after Jaipur, but the hosts had a forgettable start on the moth-filled Motera ground as Virender Sehwag thrashed a blistering 34-ball 75 - eight fours, five sixes - to ease Delhi to their second successive win. Shane Warne was left pondering not only a second defeat but also the loss of two important lieutenants - Graeme Smith and Dimitri Mascarenhas, forced out of the tournament with injuries.
