After the success of the Namibia Under 19 team in Benoni, the Namibia Under 15 team, showed their skill by being crowned Under 15 Champs for Central and Southern Africa for the second time.

In the final match against Malawi, Namibian openers Raymond van Schoor and Rob de Koning scored centuries helping their side to 301 for 1 in 40 overs. Malawi had no answer for the Namibian attack and slumped to 60 all out in 18.5 overs.

The young Botswana team did well to secure the second position in the tournament and narrowly beat the Zambian Team in their final clash of the tournament when they scored the winning runs in the 39th over.

Zambia elected to bat and scored 144 in 40. Botswana looked comfortable at 117 for 7 but loss K. Rakwadi on 27 (28 balls) and seem to loose their way slightly.

New comers Mozambique recorded their first victory of the tournament when they beat Lesotho. Captain Giovanni Florentino scored a half century and recorded figures of 1 for 18 in 8.

The Lesotho Bowlers tried their best but in the end but the target set by the batsmen proved too small in the end.

At the awards ceremony the following presentations were made:

Namibian captain Raymond van Schoor - Winning Team. Nadeem Tajbhay (Botswana, best bowler with 15 wickets), Willem Groenewald (Namibia, best batsman with an average of 141) and Salaudin Hasan (Zambia, Player of the Tournament).
