Nepal secured the Asian Cricket Council Under-19 Cup with a seven-wicket victory against Malaysia at Katmandu's Tribhuvan University Ground. The win secures them a place in the U-19 World Cup in Sri Lanka in February.
Malaysia were bowled out for 84 after being put in, Bantu Bataju, the Man of the Match, taking 5 for 29.
P. Phadka made an unbeaten 21 off 22 balls and opener Kanishka Chaugai scored a cautious 20 off 34 balls as Nepal cruised home with over 24 overs to spare.
