Pakistan U-15 squad for World Cup announced

Lahore, July 20: A 14-member Pakistan Under-15 cricket team was
announced on Thursday. The squad will take part in the World Challenge
to be held in England from July 26 to Aug 12.
Akbar Ali, Adnan Zaheer and Khawaja Ali Raza Dar, who participated in
the Asia Cup in Malaysia earlier this month, were left out. They were
replaced by Masood Asim Butt, Adnan Raza and Zulqarnain.
Kashif Mahmood and Subtain Raza were retained as captain and vicecaptain of the team respectively.
The team is:
Kashif Mahmood (captain), Subtain Raza (vice-captain), Masood Asim
Butt, Mohammad Fahim, Adnan Raza, Shahid Yousaf, Zulqarnain, Fahad
Iqbal, Azhar Ali, Talal Zia, Sharyar Khan, Umair Rao, Mohammad Naeem,
Burhan Javed.
Reserves: Adnan Zaheer, Raza Ali Dar, Akber Ali.
Officials: Brig Munawwar Ahmad Rana (manager), Masood Anwar (coach),
Dr Sohail Saleem (doctor).
