Patron's Trophy Grade-II will start from 5th January 2002. This year following teams will participate in the tournament, PAF, Army, Service Ind., Pakistan Education board, University Grant Commission, Attock Refinery Limited, Karachi Electric Supply Corporation Limited, Saga Sports and Pakistan Telecomm Company Limited.
Out of these there are four new entrants, i.e. Attock Refinery Limited, Karachi Electric Supply Corporation Limited, Saga Sports and Pakistan Telecomm Company Limited, who have been granted participation rights after fulfilling PCB conditions.
