Pitches given the all clear

The ECB today announced that its new Pitch Liaison Officers had visited the PPP healthcare County Championship matches at Cardiff and Worcester this week to monitor the pitches at both grounds.

Following the visit and thorough investigations, the Pitch Liaison Officers were satisfied that the pitches were suitable for First Class Cricket and no further action will be taken.
