He chartered a yacht, got a bunch of friends together, got on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend, actress and model Natasa Stankovic, in Dubai. How did the proposal go over? Look for yourself.

What's on the Australian team's New Year resolution list other than world domination? Since the team have been busy pounding New Zealand into the ground in Tests, and they might not have had the time to make resolutions, Sam Ferris on the Unplayable Podcast gave Nathan Lyon a handy list that he could hand out to his team-mates. Lyon reckons Marnus Labuschagne could do with getting organised and er… improving personal hygiene, and thinks David Warner should be putting away some money for rainy days.
