Kerry Packer boys still unbeaten in Chickland

Kerry Packer maintained their unbeaten run in the Pepsi Chickland
night windball league when they whipped Arena Utd by nine wickets at
Chickland Village over the weekend.
Arena batted first and could only manage to get to 57 for six when the
overs ran out.
The Packer boys led by Amarnath Basdeo 23 n.o. and Shazam Babwah 27
cruised to 58 for the loss of just one wicket.
Endeavour Sports also had an easy time against Chestnuts Utd winning
convincingly by 71 runs. Endeavour paced by solid knocks from Sam
Boodansingh 44, Kenny Arjoon 32 and Vijay Ramphalie 20 piled up 113
for three. They then restricted Chestnuts United to 42 for six.
In the female division Longdenville Ladies demolished Nightingales by
eight wickets. After limiting the Nightingale to 49 for six
Longdenville easily reached 50 for two with Wilma Abraham (20) the top
scorer.
