The Ugandan Under 15 Team continued the good form displayed by the Under 19 team by beating the Tanzanian Under 15 team during their opening game in Kenya. Tanzania posted a target of 123 in their allotted 40 overs. The Ugandans passed the target in the 26th over largely due to the undisciplined bowling of the Tanzanian Team who awarded them with 31 extras.
The Kenya National Team faced off against their "A" team counterparts. They posted a target of 207 in their 40 overs. The pick of the batsman was Oliver Jack who scored an unbeaten 65. The "A" team put up a good fight but loss wickets at crucial points in the match and loss by 38 runs.
