10.3 to RD Rickelton, TIMBER! A special delivery from a special bowler. Length ball at 140.7kph, that lands on off and moves away just a tad late. That late movement was enough to force Rickelton to play down the wrong line with his off stump pegged back. Bumrah is ecstatic and why not!. 57/1 12.1 to AK Markram, Absolute seed for Bumrah and both openers are now back in the change room. Almost an unplayable from Bumrah and there was very little Markram could have done there. Back of a length ball that lands on off and rears up sharply, catching Markram's glove through to Pant. He dives to his right and completes the simplest of catches.. 62/2 32.3 to T de Zorzi, Celebrappeal from Bumrah and the umpire has agreed. Another lbw for Bumrah and India... but de Zorzi has reviewed, more in hope than anything else I feel. Short of a good length ball that lands outside off and gets it to skid through on off stump trapping de Zorzi bang in front of off stump. Think height is the only question. What does the tracker say? Oh, the ball is smashing into the off and middle stump and off goes de Zorzi, taking a review with him. 120/5 54.3 to SR Harmer, Bumrah goes BOOM... for the fourth time. Back of a length ball outside off spearing back into Harmer at 139.8kph. The ball keeps low and skids through and Harmer does not get his bat down in time. The stumps are left in a mess. 159/9 54.6 to KA Maharaj, FIVE FOR BUMRAH! A 16th five-wicket haul for him in Test matches and it's fitting that the yorker is what gets him his fifth wicket. Nails the yorker on off stump, tailing back into Maharaj who is struck on the boot. The umpire takes his time and lifts his finger to send Maharaj on his way. No reviews left for South Africa, but don' think that would have helped Maharaj. South Africa have been skittled for 159 in 55 overs after winning the toss.. 159/10

44.1 to K Verreynne, That should be out, yeah given! Looked like pad first. Verreynne has a chat with Stubbs.... and reviews! 136ks outswinger on a length. But it went in with the angle after landing on off. May actually have decked in a touch. Verreynne's back pad came in the way of the bat as he looked to block it to the bowler's left. Ball hit front pad and then bat. Went to the off side, they went for the run. In the end, it mattered not. Finally some reward for Siraj.. 146/6 44.4 to M Jansen, Rhythm bowler is jazzing! Whoosh goes the stump and Siraj flies Length ball reverses before landing around off, snakes back in and goes through the gate. Jansen is a bit late on the front-foot block towards mid-off, didn't use his feet much either. Knocked over.. 147/7

51.6 to C Bosch, Should be out. Yep, given. Took a bit of time but Chris Gaffaney is convinced. No reviews left. That'll be tea. 92ks length ball landed on fourth and came in with the angle. Released from wide of the crease too. Bosch looked to defend straight, played well in front of the body, missed it completely. Hit in front of middle and off. Axar was convinced, rightly so.. 154/8

15.6 to T Bavuma, Out. Leg-trap from Kuldeep Jurel at leg slip was standing forward and wide, essentially the distance was low but the angle was wide. Ball came at a gentle pace, lowish to his right. He lunged and clasped it with both hands and is chuffed. 81ks fullish ball at the stumps, spun in a little. Bavuma was on the front foot, looked to defend straight. Unfortunately for him, it hit low and the edge. India fighting back big time!On replay, it looks like Bavuma wanted to hit it towards mid-on. His stance was closed. The ball was looped above the eyeline as well. 71/3 29.5 to PWA Mulder, Misses the reverse sweep and is pinned right in front. The umpire's finger is up in a jiffy. Must say, this looks plumb. Mulder has reviewed. Pushes the legbreak around middle stump. Mulder goes for a reverse, and for once, he misses. The tracker confirms the ball would have hit the middle of middle stump.. 114/4

6.6 to YBK Jaiswal, Dragged back on and Jaiswal's leg stump has been flattened. Back of a length ball arching back into Jaiswal from outside off, he looks for a cut, but that's too close to his body. Gets a thick inside-edge and his stumps have been left in a mess.. 18/1 55.5 to Kuldeep Yadav, Strangled down leg and India lose another. A tad unlucky for Kuldeep but SA won't mind. Cross-seam length ball down leg, a bit more pace on it. He looks to nudge that fine, gets a thin tickle and the keeper dives to his right and takes a good catch.. 172/7 59.6 to Mohammed Siraj, Ohhhh, top of off! Pacer's delight, pro max deluxe! Jansen goes around the sticks, bowls a seam-up length ball on off that straightens and beats Siraj's defence. He covered the line, couldn't lay bat on it. Off bail flies, thanks to Jansen the artist. 187/8

39.5 to KL Rahul, Edged and taken! Big king rei(g)ns India in with King Legend's wicket! KL's not sure, sent upstairs. Check for a clean catch Was a length ball real close to the crack around off stump. Then it spun away towards fourth. Rahul was on the back foot and opened up. Was semi-fending with an open bat face. Ball took the edge and went low to Markram. He scooped it up, had a small juggle but ball's cleanly in!. 109/3

43.4 to RR Pant, Bosch has boshed out Pant. 136ks bouncer bunged in from around the wicket. Pant looked to use the angle and pull it fine. Rushed proper. Couldn't extend his arms, elbows got cranked and the ball ballooned off the glove/top of bat. Keeper runs right to gobble an easy catch. That'll save SA many runs.. 132/4
| 15.2 | 4 | 30 | 4 | 1.95 | 71 | 3 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
34.2 to Washington Sundar, Harmer, like SA's Bumrah (sorry, gotta go there), has a one-ball set-up and then... boom! Although this seemed like an attempt to bowl a jaffa. Looped in on a length on leg stump, then turns away does the offbreak. Washington looks to defend straight and gets an edge to slip. Drift, drop, all the ingredients in that. Last ball was prolly better, this one does the trick.. 75/2 48.3 to DC Jurel, Chips a return catch back to Harmer who takes a fine, low catch. They are checking for a clean catch but Harmer is confident he's taken that cleanly. Oh, yes, fingers clearly underneath the ball and off goes Jurel. Gently tossed up just around off. Jurel is beaten in flight and just bunts this back to the right of the bowler, who takes this just above the turf. South Africa hanging on.. 153/5 54.3 to RA Jadeja, Big, big appeal for lbw... the umpire takes his time and gives this in the bowler's favour. If that is pad first, Jadeja is in serious trouble. He has reviewed, but as soon as he sees the first replay on screen he has started walking. Arm ball that skids through from outside off. Jadeja strides forward but is unable to get outside the line as the ball crashes into his pad and then bat. The tracker confirms the ball would have thudded into his middle stump. Jadeja goes and takes a review with him. India's lead is only 12!. 171/6 62.2 to AR Patel, Taken at backward point! Is that the end of the innings or Gill will come in? Not sure yet... Looks like all are walking off. Yes, Gill won't bat!, just a 30-run deficit for SA! Shortish ball just outside off. Extra bounce as it jumps to fifth stump, edged cut goes to short third. Ballooned, Jansen had to come forward and take a low catch. 189/9

47.1 to C Bosch, Through his defence and India finally have a W on the third morning. Had to be the Bumrah magic to get India the important wicket. Back of a length ball that skids through at pace on off stump. Bosch fails to get his bat down in time and sees his offstump pegged back. 135/8

27.5 to K Verreynne, 92ks but that looked so much slower. Bavuma can't look, Ashwell Prince wears a neutral expression. Verreynne walks back looking down and also wearing a blank expression. Was a fullish length ball from around the wicket that he tried to slog sweep. Was well leg side of the ball, and it beat him to rattle middle stump. SA effectively 45 for 6. 75/6
| 8 | 1 | 30 | 2 | 3.75 | 30 | 2 | 1 | 0 | 0 | |
6.4 to RD Rickelton, Should be out... given! No review! Tea! Rickleton played for the turn, there wasn't any. Might have hit both pads. Fullish length ball landed on middle and went straight. 85ks, looked like a flipper. Released from side of the hand, almost picked up pace after pitching. Rickleton looked to defend straight, was square-on and deep in the crease. Missed it. Ball tracking has three reds.. 18/1 33.6 to M Jansen, Gone? Umpire checks if it was caught properly. Rahul fumbled at first slip but managed to clasp it. Nearly smushed the ball into the ground, manages not to with a small shovel of the palms. Was a loopy length ball with a cross-seam. Jansen goes for the slog sweep, got a thin edge. Ball took the shirt before looping low to Rahul's left, he finished with a tumble. 91/7

8.2 to AK Markram, That's a soft dismissal and just like that, India get another. Darted quicker on middle and leg, he looks for a sweep, gets it right of the toe-end of the bat with the ball lobbing up. Dhruv Jurel at short leg takes the simplest of catches. Jadeja takes two balls to strike with SA still behind.. 25/2 16.3 to PWA Mulder, Jadeja strikes and SA are now three down. The extra bounce does Mulder in and that is a super catch from Pant. Flatter length ball just outside off, he gets some extra bounce which takes Mulder's gloves who presses forward. A slight deflection and Pant rises with the bounce to complete a really good take. 38/3 16.5 to T de Zorzi, Two wickets in three balls for Jadeja and SA are now in disarray. Flatter on middle and leg, he stays back looking to work that to the on-side. Plenty of extra bounce as de Zorzi gets some glove, onto thigh pad with the ball lobbing to Jurel at short leg. South Africa effectively 10 for 4!. 40/4 22.6 to T Stubbs, Done him! Variation la naturale. Stubbs looks to defend the original line and is flabbergasted as he looks behind... His off-bail flew away. Length ball landed on middle, looked like it'd angle in but nuh uh, Stubbs' straight-bat block was beaten by a distance. That, Deep from our stats team informs, is Jadeja's 250th wicket at home in Tests. Stubbs had to ask Pant if that hit the stumps direct.. 60/5

53.3 to SR Harmer, Good leave, bad leave... and it's a baddie! Is that the stump broken? Yeah, so is Harmer. He almost bites his bat in frustration as he walked back. He's crumping the toe of his bat too which keeping a stoic face. He left the fullish length ball on line, it kept slanting in and flicked off stump.. 153/9 53.6 to KA Maharaj, Has to be out! Yeah, given. Maharaj has to send it upstairs. Two reviews left. Was a reverse-swinging yorker on off. Hit the toe on the flush. Bat behind front foot, so no chance of contact there. Maharaj's running, so are India, and that's before the Hawk-Eye loads. Bavuma will remain not out. Impact in line, smashing middle!. 153/10

0.4 to YBK Jaiswal, Scratched off? Yes sir! India effectively 0 for 2 as Gill won't be batting! Short and wide to start and then goes Test length. Lands it on off and seamed it away a touch. Angled the bat and pointed it towards mid-off did Jaiswal, got the smallest of nicks. Easy catch for the keeper, first home duck in Tests for Jaiswal.. 0/1 2.1 to KL Rahul, 1 for 3 effectively. Jansen's got a tall wicket. Height-based excellence this. Goes around the wicket, hits back of a length and jumps in towards fourth stump. Rahul shaped for a back-foot cover stride, just started the shot as the ball rushed him. He couldn't coil back fast enough to get his hands out the way. Hit high on the bat/glove to nick it to the keeper. Jansen and Co celebrate. 1/2

14.6 to DC Jurel, Oh, my word Dhruv Jurel... what have you done? Rank long hop outside off, Jurel's eyes light up as he rocks back and looks for an easy boundary. Instead he pulls this right of the cue end of the bat to the one man stationed in the deep on the leg side. That is Corbin Bosch at deep midwicket, who takes a simple catch. Harmer and SA are ecstatic. What a lucky break this is!. 33/3 19.4 to RR Pant, And now the slow, loopy delivery gets the better of Pant! That's a mammoth wicket for SA, who are over the moon. Looped up at 87kph on middle and leg, with a hint of turn. Pant was looking to work that away, can only manage to chip this back to the bowler, who takes a simple return catch.. 38/4 27.1 to RA Jadeja, Good call for lbw, albeit just from the bowler... and it's given. Jadeja is surprised... and reviews! 91ks yorker from around the wicket. Stock ball. Jadeja looked to defend with bat behind and next to front pad. The ball hit the toe first. What's Hawk-Eye gonna show? Pitching in line, impact is over 2.5 metres but in line, wickets hitting! Hitting middle it would be according to the predictive path. Goner, Jadeja has become. 64/5 33.2 to Kuldeep Yadav, That's out. "Ohh yeahhhh!" was the call from the keeper. Given right away. India review. Was a loopy offbreak on a length. Landed around leg (was it outside) and spun away after getting dust off the surface. Kuldeep looked to defend straight but couldn't cover the line. It's landed on middle, spinning away to outside-half of middle. Kuldeep gone!. 77/7

34.5 to AR Patel, Maharaj has done it! Axar goes for the percentages again! Goes for another slog sweep. Ball's similar to the ones he's hit for sixes. Had to fetch it from slightly outside off. Top edge. Bavuma ran back from midwicket, took it around long-on after an impressive sprint. Took it looking back too. 93/8 34.6 to Mohammed Siraj, Edged... and taken! SA have beaten India in India for the first time in 15 years! Umps checking for the catch but the party has begun among SA. Rabada's in and everyone's roaring, running and the crowd is stunned! Hugs and smiles all round. Was a length ball on off that he tried to drive to mid-off. Got an edge that was taken low at first slip. All players shaking hands. No replay shown or the third-ump's decision, unless I missed it. All clear as it turns out, handshakes have begun. 93/9

30.2 to Washington Sundar, Taken at first slip. Washington has to walk. Saucy Markram spins the ragoo into his 91ks offbreak, lands it around off and straightens it. Looked to defend straight, soft edge, easy catch. Set batter gone. South Africa jubilant. 72/6
